About Me
I’m an East Coast transplant, now self-proclaimed California girl. I met the love of my life while in college and we started our life in the Sacramento area. I’m a mom of two precious children who have changed my life more than anyone could have prepared me for. My goal in life is to have crazy stories to tell my grandchildren so they think I’m a cool lady.
Photography has been a mainstay in my life since I admired my father curating perfect family albums with 35mm film. I dove into photography at a young age taking numerous photography classes and seminars, collecting antique cameras, and building a darkroom. In 2009, I was gifted a digital camera - game changer! I've been clicking away and continuing to perfect my art ever since. I decided to get some cred’s, so I am completing an Associate's Degree in Photography at Sacramento City College.
As the seasons in my life have changed, I have come to appreciate the importance of investing in photography for myself. I’d love to help you do the same. Today is priceless, so let's preserve it forever in a perfect image... and have fun doing it!
Conversation starters: I'm addicted to chocolate, I love early quiet mornings with a hot cup of coffee, my sport of choice is anything in the water, my walk-up song is D'yer Mak'er by Led Zeppelin, and yes, I admit, I watch the Bachelor.
